Dr Nikki A Creber (HeartParts Founder)

Living with MSA Parkinson’s Disease, she understands firsthand the challenges of navigating complex health and disability systems — and the profound difference that compassionate, knowledgeable support can make. Her own Parkinson’s journey inspired her to turn lived experience into a pathway of support for others. Through mentoring, advocacy, practical guidance, and community connection, Nikki helps people improve their wellbeing, independence, and quality of life.

In 2019, she created WrapAround Teams, an innovative holistic support model bringing together therapies, exercise, boxing, singing, voice therapy, dance, and community engagement. This work highlighted the powerful role of movement, connection, and purpose in living well with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions. Nikki’s contribution to the Parkinson’s community was recognised with the Australian Pacific LNG Community Hero Award in 2019 and as a Queensland Senior Month Community Leader in 2021.

What began as a commitment to supporting people with Parkinson’s has grown into a broader practice. Today, HeartParts supports participants living with stroke and acquired brain injuries, intellectual impairment, Multiple Sclerosis, brain aneurysms, and other chronic, progressive, and degenerative conditions.

As an experienced NDIS Support Coordinator, Complex Systems Navigator, Capacity Builder, Neuro-Recovery Mentor, and advocate, Nikki works alongside participants to build confidence, strengthen support networks, and achieve the goals that matter most to them. Her greatest joy is walking beside people as they reach for their goals — their stars.
